One of the most important transformations we’ve undertaken at our Holiday Park is improving the energy efficiency of the whole complex. Piani di Clodia uses a green energy provider to promote the use of renewable resources and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
In an effort to minimise its environmental impact, Piani di Clodia Holiday Park is expanding the use of solar panels across the complex; in fact, the Borgo dei Colli bungalow area is already energy self-sufficient.
The company also decided to gradually phase in methane as the primary source of heating within the park, a choice made in consultation with energy efficiency managers and maintenance staff. In order to achieve sustainability goals and ensure efficient management of the resources used in the Park, an environmental impact monitoring chart has been drawn up to track water consumption and reduce any waste. Automatic irrigation systems, for example, help to regulate the flow of water used and avoid waste and excessive consumption.
